You do know that many conservatives are calling for him to release his taxes as well right?
He doesn't have to release them, but if he doesn't he will be asked about it in every interview he does and Clinton will bring it up every time she gets in front of a mic. If he doesn't release them he will spend plenty of time defending himself instead of talking about the things he wants to talk about.
