This is the fact that as soon as the government allowed people to swipe a fucking card to spend tax payers money, and make it as easy as it is to swipe one's ass, well, they failed.

Race has nothing to do with any of the point being made here? Point is that the systems broke, and any one who pays into said system( tax payers) needs to wake the fuck up.

I hate all free loading fuckers equal.
