My friend went to live there few years ago. They are extremely rich with resources: sea,oil,land,woods,river,etc. but are corrupted and lazy. It is very violent country. He was sending me some incredible photos from his town . Killings and violent deaths are something you can easily see.
Country is disorganized and somehow unfinished. For example, you can "invade" land in some parts and clam that is your. And that really works, he built house like that. (near the border)
