Blame the private healthcare lobby not the President. Americans are ass raped over healthcare, whoever's the President.
Until the US frees itself of big business running politics there will be no changes. Wars produce huge profits for companies in that sector. The banks were allowed to go mad gambling with our money. Healthcare outside the US is cheaper and better. Again look at who profits from that.
