The UK may be a small country but is one the biggest spenders in porn online outside the US.

If you sell dating, paysites or cams then I would seriously think about going forward and how you operate as business.
Do you want to risk being blocked and lose a good chunk of income or somehow comply and hope things work out ok?

Traffic brokers and ad sellers will also be hit hard as UK traffic is always sold as 'premium' and one of the most expensive to buy/sell.

Do the tube sites also want to risk the of being blocked and all those ad views going down?

This supposed new law has a much bigger knock-on effect worldwide than it initially seems.
This isn't some third world country potentially blocking sites and I'm guessing several other major countries will be watching closely to see how it unfolds.

It will be interesting to see how Twitter, Tumblr etc react to this with the amount of online porn they host though.
