Most likely we will not have a decision on this until after the election. Even if found guilty, they will look at damage and intent. There was no damage, and there was no bad intention. The charges would minimal, and would include a small fine.

The Republican Red Necks have nothing else to go for. Trump won't win. And should Clinton be indicted and thrown out, the VP takes over. Leaving the GOP with nothing, which is where they started.
My real point isn't about her being guilty, it's about the damage being done to the US by the GOP's inability to pick a decent candidate for their voters to get behind. Trump's win shows how far the GOP has strayed from its supporters.
