what I meant was inside joke...when you will look into ISIS structures in Syria, you will see that - surprise surprise - so many fighters are from Saudi Arabia....and (very probable) so many funds went into it - also from Saudi Arabia and Qatar.....
more than a half of Daesh fighters in Syria is from abroad - and not Syria.
