Who the fuck cares who sucked Bill's dick? He could have fucked his cat for all I care. The country didn't suck when Bill was in the White House and even if most of that was on account of dumb luck, at least the man had the smarts not to screw it up. Now... compare that to the guy who came next. A guy who inherited both a government surplus, a still healthy economy and no ongoing wars to speak of.
