There's share houses run by multi tenant landlords in Melbourne that charge $~200 for a spot in a bed that you share on shifts with another person with a total of 12 people in a two bedroom apartment on bunks.
Same kind of thing happens to homeless and disabled people, they get charged just below what it would cost to rent a one bedroom or share a one bedroom place - therefore it's cheaper than renting, no paperwork required, cash under the table.
Disgraceful stuff.
