How in the FUCK does a 13 year old CHILD have access to a gun?
Whoever placed the gun in the house making it accessible to a child should be put in jail!!
These fucking gun slinging assholes always say the same thing "Oh, da gun it be locked up, dun't know howz my kidz gotts to it?"
Fuck you parents for keeping a gun in the house and the kids have knowledge of it's location.
Kids will always get picked on, etc... but having a gun nearby will only seal the deal.
I hope the parents that owned the gun BURN IN FUCKING HELL.
The lawsuit is just to keep the focus off the fact that the parents provided the means for the suicide. Why take responsibility when you can blame the mudslinging kids for her death.
