The gorilla can have justice, but it will need to come in the form of the zoo taking percautions to see if they can modify the enclosure to make sure this can't happen again and the parents of this kid need to be punished in some way shape or form. From what I read the kid told the parents more than once that he wanted to climb into the enclosure with the gorillas. They should have been paying closer attention to him.
When it comes to whether or not he should have been shot, I will defer to the experts. They dedicate their lives to learning about and dealing with these animals. If they say it had to be done I trust their judgement.
