Ok I was going to wiat till tonight, im going to the police dept in the morning cause the dect's are not working today. but Gary contacted me and hired me to help him run his webmaster program,I did for two weeks he paid on time, I have known gary for 2.5 years and finaly met him in Montreal, Just before that show he asked if i had an ebay account i told him yes i do, but i dont use it, he stated he would give me 5% of all sales he makes while using my account, I trusted him knew him so of course I did this LIKE a dumb ass, never even crossed my mind that something like this would happen, well money started rolling in and he asked me to take out the money and fed x him the money, I did I got the fedX to prove I just did this and NO complaints as of yet, then the next thing i know compaints after compaints started comming in!
SO I started emailing gary he stopped responding and had his wife resond to me, Here is the emails

This is Gary;s wife Tracy, Gary told me you got a phone call about some auction can you please send the information so I can take of it ASAP, Im real sorry for the problems, my supplier who was drop shipping decided to pick and choose who to send there items too so I am trying real hard to clean up there mess. I am sorry for taking so long to respond, I have been working super hard
to line up another supplier, the supplier we had has vanished, phone is
out of service, and they haven't responded to my emails. We are sending
out money orders on a daily basis to cover some of the refunds and will
continue to do so.

As far as sending you something what are you in need of? I will get Gary
to send you some money tomorrow afternoon to help you out. We did not
intend for things to get out of hand like this and I am real sorry. My
mother passes and then the supplier disappears, I am filing charges with
the the business bureau here to try to get some of the money back that
we paid them for the stuff they never sent.

Get back to me and I will like I said have Gary send you a money order
tomorrow afternoon. Sorry again

The 2 problems we have run into is 1. the money that I sent to the
supplier for the items that they were to ship and didn't is still with

taken care of.

We are doing this from our own money because of the supplier taking off
on us. The one benefit that came out of this was my inheritance so we
are able to pay everyone back including you. Otherwise then we would all
be screwed.

Also, Tom if the cops are still on your ass about this please give them
a copy of the letter I wrote to you for social services because in that
letter it says that we were the ones that did this and not you. I am
sorry and I can't say it enough to you I know that things will be fine
and everything will work out and you will NOT go to jail over this even
if I have to go to Hampton myself and turn myself in to the cops for
this.

Tom please don't panic we are and will take care of everyone even if I
have to go to jail for it.

I also saw your post is there any way you could edit it so that it
doesn't look like Gary is a bad person, this really isn't his fault its
mine he like you ended up being a victim because of my supplier and my
