bottom line is, if you can't do the job you are paid to do, then employer should have the right to let you go... so I don't see why there is any drama...
you need someone to give seminars every weekend, someone who is unable to do that is obviously useless to you... there is also the minor detail that reservist can get deployed at moments notice, leaving you, the employer, completely fucked...
Would you keep someone who is unable to do his/her job on the payroll? How can you blame the HR person for doing something that clearly makes sense and is in the best interest of the company?
Not to mention, this has nothing to do with Trump, some mid-level HR person who works at a company that licensed Trump's name made that decision...
