Paul probably gets orders here and there but no where near enough to justify a server and transferring the files onto a external hdd is a pain in the ass every time and he doesn't have to worry about the shipping costs and where the hell he is shipping to.
This is why he's going through the pain of one drive.
Edit: Maybe Paul is just trying to back up his files but I'm making my statements based on a Skype conversation I had with him last year about loading files onto one drive so he can give purchasers access.
