reality: if you have high crime, like in the USA for example, it is indicative of a failed system that does not provide for all its citizens and has little to do with guns or drugs or illegals...such harsh rhetoric is also indicative of a failed political system, when you have to resort to calls for violence to win an election...
the other reality problem is: people like to do drugs...demand is not the fault of the supplier...if for example, spoons made you fat its your own fault not the spoon salesmans..."spoons kill" is not accurate...

Have you ever been to the US? The US does not have a high crime rate in most places. The US is very big and very spread out. There will always be high crime areas in any populated place.
Yes there are areas with high crime but those areas have next to no effect elsewhere. It's likely the same in your beloved Moscow. I'm sure there are nice areas with newer block buildings and new carpet on the walls and shitty areas with older block buildings and stained carpet walls.
Also another diffrence is most crimes in the US are reported, unlike your beloved Russia for example.
