I have something similar to this on its way. The UK Equivalent.

Its not quite so wide as the USA version, but is made of concrete with reinforced steel bars throughout. Then its covered in porcelain so it looks normal.

I like the ad for the USA one though. Looks a bit more 'Me'... Simply because the guy sitting down to poo hasn't taken his pants off ! Great minds stink alike !
