As long as you're sending legitimate emails to legitimate subscribers and maintaining your list you can use the SES service. This is the case with most providers. I've used smtp.com and Mandrill, I use SES and sparkpost. Have not had any issues.

please do.. cause if they do not allow adult for SES, then they don't for hosting either, as the restrictions seem the same?
