Oh wait... after the first World Trade Center bombing and the Oklahoma City federal building bombing the evil govt drastically restricted access to the needed chemicals to build large bombs..

End result the only large fertilizer bombing since then was when Texans bombed their own self with lack of regulations at a fertilizer plant..

Damn them terrorist can't make car bombs anymore because it's hard to get the shit.. guess they better use more guns!
