It will be the people who can construct this type of scene that will win. It's not like HD or VR, in that anyone can do it. Companies relying on shooting tons of scenes, that all look the same, in Russia, Hungary, Czech with girls who can't speak a word of English are fucked. As are those who shoot models who leave their personality at home when coming to work.
Think of it in this way. Would you like to see the girl who lives across the road fuck, or the one that serves you at the coffee shop?
That's impossible unless they turn to porn, this is a halfway in that you get to feel like you know the girl.
