We have arrived at this point, because Bush started 2 wars and didn't finish them but instead half asses them just enough so big military contractors and oil/gas companies could shovel billions of tax payers dollars into their pockets.
Leaving the mess for the next guy to deal with. Certainly Obama dropped the ball on the Iraq situation, but he damn sure didn't create it.
