These sort of things have been happening long before either of us, or any of today's politicians were born, and will keep happening long after we are all dead. It's very possible that this is the revenge Saddam promised. So if you want to blame someone for this; it was the neocons and the Bush Administrations (Father and Son) fault and responsibility for this immediate issue.
