Get KimmyKim to mail you the papers so you can fill them out and fax them back to her. Snail-mail will be quicker than waiting to have the cash to buy a new printer.
Call ACPay and see what you have to do to get them to change your payment method over to a mailed check. Probably just fax them a signed letter or something.
If you don't have a fax but do have a scanner, you can email the stuff to me and I'll fax it for ya. webmaster at gotkinky dot com.
You guys that are ordering templates - don't pay him via PayPal! He can't get to that money and it's no help to him.
