lol, I dont know all the various software platforms you should be looking at but I do know from experience that it will be difficult to find software that everyone on the team picks as their #1 because everyone values different features and functions.
Leaving software decisions to a team vote isn't always the best way to choose the next platform.
As the person in charge, after you've done your analysis and gotten feedback from skilled members of the team, sometimes it's better to
tell the rest of the team which software platform the team is going with and remove the "choice / vote"... if your chosen platform is good then most of the team will learn to like it
