Okay, I've tested a few other sites and the affiliate codes are definitely disappearing on the actual signup page.
Please check this yourselves and comment on June's signups. I'm not sure if something other than the URL string is used at this stage, but there is an affiliate code and it's generic (AFNO=1-100001).
