Wait a minute. Now I know why this sounds so familiar. Reminds me of a skit the late great Sam Kinison did at a live show. He had some guy relay a story of how his brother and his girlfriend cheated on him on his dinner table. Sam had the poor shmuck call his girlfriend on a phone from the theatre and then Sam berated her live calling her a 'whore' etc. whilst umpteen thousand people cheered him on.
You can get it on video/DVD. I think it was an HBO special.
