This is a very interesting development and I think in part it represents the same distrust of political status quo that has propelled Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump into the forefront of American politics. People are, in general fed up and people who never voted before are turning out and tipping the scales.

In the case of the UK I think this also has to do with EU immigration quotas, I think the Brits, particularly the rural ones are fed up with the PC attitude and the influx of Muslims who, instead of assimilating into British Culture want to change that culture.

I realize this may seem somewhat odd coming from a hillbilly from rural Georgia but hey I calls em as I sees em
