I've definitely tried that, but I guess the html editor prevents me from seeing the code for it. Cause I definitely see it in the inspect element and even view source. If I create an error on the footer script code I can disable it, but not with out disabling a bunch of other features that I need for the site to operate properly.
Though, I asked if they could disable the live chat from popping up automatically, and it looks like they did. So even if it's there, its not much of an issue any more.
