China and India are challenging the post-industrial age world powers. As long as it is a peaceful trade challenge -- I benefit from it.

Chinese industrial espionage and computer crime I do have a problem with.

Some of the biggest Tube sites are registered with Hong Kong addresses.
Alibaba is capitalizing on the huge Chinese domestic market.

My father told me in 1965 to learn Mandarin Chinese and brown people would inherit the earth -- we all thought he was nutty Said humanity would be a race of carmels in a few hundred years -- with Chinese becoming the trading language.

India launched 20 smaller commercial satellites on one launch rocket successfully last week.

China, India and southern and southwest Asia are the industrial world heartland now -- get used to it and adapt.

The post-industrial society still needs to grow its own food and build in situ. Consumer items can be imported from low wage countries -- those people (world wage workers) will do the most low to medium-skilled work for less -- that makes more profit for the overlords and puts the consumer products in the hands of many -- some of whom get to step up to the playing field. The ones who cannot flip burgers, pick up trash, and complain a lot.
