Dear Customer,
AmeriNOC is pleased to announce that we are moving to a new state-of-the-art data center in Tempe, Arizona. The new facility will allow us to guarantee that complete outages like we suffered in April at the hands of an independent data center provider will never happen again.
AmeriNOC acquired the new data center so that we will have complete and direct control of our servers to better address the specific needs of our customers. The facility is equipped with 1.25MW of power with redundant, geographically-diverse fiber optic connections capable of providing up to 160Gb of Internet connectivity. The facility is staffed 24x7 by AmeriNOC employees to ensure someone is always on hand to react to any issue.
In combination with the move, we are launching a new billing and account management system. The new Account Manager integrates all account control, including billing, support, bandwidth and server control, into a single, easy to use interface. In preparation for the importing of all user and account information into this new system, billing through WHMCS was suspended on May 26th and any PayPal subscriptions are cancelled. When the account information is setup in the new Account Manager, we will notify you with access details and invoicing will resume.
We will begin a physical move of all active servers on June 24, 2016 at 8:00 PM PDT (GMT-7). We expect the equipment to be at the new facility by June 25th at 6:00 AM PDT (GMT-7) at which time services will start going online. There will be experienced teams of logistics staff on both ends of this move to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
We are implementing these changes to increase the security and reliability of the service we provide to our customers. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to ask.
Sincerely,
AmeriNOC
