You must change the A record of the domain to point to 64.38.221.140.i dont think that DNS management is activated by default so look for the option to activate it or ask your registrar to activate it for you.Should be free..at least with my registrar it is.
Also you can try to change the nameservers to 64.38.221.140.Not sure if it will work but you can try.Allow a few hours for changes to go into effect.
