As someone who has worked in the NHS for over ten years, I can see instantly just how offensive and down-right wrong what you posted is to the thousands upon thousands of British NHS workers is.
If I could be bothered I'd also put your right on a few facts about what it's like working with people entrusted with patients lives who are sometimes incapable of speaking or writing basic English and occasionally obviously lied about their qualifications and skills but have their backs covered by management scared stiff of being called "racist".
