I believe it will be highly unlikely there will be any charges. With these kinds of charges you have to look at intention and damage. The intention was good, and there was no damage.
Let's rethink this and use another example. There was a Navy tech on US sub who worked on the nuclear reactor. She took pictures of the nuclear reactor with digital camera. Everything with nuclear reactors on submarines are highly classified, so she was charged and convicted. They looked at intent and damage. If her job was to take pictures of nuclear reactors to make manuals, then the intention would have been good. However, in this case, there was no reason to take the pictures so the intentions was questionable. There was no damages, and thus she got a light sentence.
With Clinton, her intention was to do her job and there was no damage. Did she break the law? Most likely yes. There was over fifty thousand emails involved during her time at the state department; There is no way every time an email was sent they stopped everything and called in the CIA and the Justice Department to review every email when it was sent out.
I hope.... She is found guilty and gets fined or whatever. By then she will most likely be in the White House, and she will order the FBI to investigate Congress and their use of email to see if it's broken any laws. Let's take a good look at everything Congress is sending out via email and see what dirt shakes loose. LOL.
