Should criminal charged be filed, which is unlikely. It's not guilty until a jury decides. By then the VP takes over.
Sanders would be a far better choice, he would scare the daylights out of those who buy politicians. Then if Americans break the hold of big Corporations and billionaires by voting against those with big money backing, you might get your country back. Long shot but it's the only way.
