Sorry, but you sound stupid. I'm a Caymanian resident and just about every guy on a fishing boat there is a Salvadorian or Cuban. So every Salvadorian fisherman is the same as people back in El Salvador?
Go to local beach in StMaarten or Anguilla and see how many black kids know how to swim.
