Also people appreciate results...x dollars per hour ( even cheap) will not sway anybody. Because somebody can do in 1 h same work as somebody can do in 3h. Efficiency, effort and mainly the RESULTS are the name of the game..

This is the first time I've seen a SEO contract that depends on Alexa ranking.
For my clients, we agree in SERP.
They pay me to help their sites move to top 10 of Google for specific keywords within a period, usually 3 to 6 months.
You are right that no one pays for hours of working in SEO ;)
