Sorry, as a right leaning person I am always claiming that everybody is responsible for himself. Whatever you earn you get.
Left leaning persons are those who want "redistribution" and are blaming government and other for their own misfortunes.
Me pointing these things out is not "blaming someone else". I do not blame anyone, I point those who do.
