I personally don't think making it responsive had any downside for you, google has made it clear that traffic will drop for sites that don't show up well acrossed a wide range of devices!
Now going from 20 pics to 5 to 15 minute videos of course is going to have a major impact on your click thru rate. Why would they want to go a look at anything else when you give them enough to pump one out ?
Not sure what software your using to run your site, but maybe try having the top 4 links into a tgp page like you used to have. Run this for a week and see what your ctr is on those 4 pages. Mix it up also, the top 4 on your site now all link to nubile films, should have a mix on your entry pages. Within the pages themselves it's ok to use channels or related links to show the stuff from the same sponsor, but where surfers are coming in you want to show them a wide offering in your niche.

Great advice, thanks. I don't think going responsive was actually what ruined it, that is possibly the least of the problems. That just makes it so it is viewable in all browsers / devices.
The big screw up I made was finding a video player that would also play on all devices. I assumed that if people tried to watch a video before and it didn't work they would think that whatever website I was promoting would not work on their device. I thought if I made it so the video was viewable on all devices they would be more likely to buy a membership.. Not the case unfortunately.

FHG's are so good that 2 months after not using them and also not promoting brazzers since just before losing old website (ever since Matty left their FHG's were broken) I sold a few memberships because of the way FHG's link to your affiliate account. FHG's are so so much better than a video player.
I am using Wordpress to do the website with a theme that I did a lot of custom work to. I think the theme is fine (although still not finished totally), the responsiveness is good.. I will probably just switch out the player with an image that links to the appropriate FHG like I used to have. Luckily since it's wordpress it will not be hard to change everything, just time consuming.
One good thing at least is my twitter account has never slowed with gaining followers (almost at 106K). Google still after almost 6 months or whatever is still removing old dead links and doesn't like my site again yet, lol, so quite a lot of my traffic comes from twitter. I'll pin a TGP style link to my profile so I can check the analytics on it vs what is showing on a program.
