If a domain name is a premium name from the registry @ $12,000?

what if{
the terms were $6,000 to register that name the first year
then $600 a year to renew it
after 10 years of that name's renewal -- renewal for the normal renewal fee?
}
$6000(down payment)+($600*10 years annual renewal)=$12,000
Sort of a premium name 'installment sale plan'
The all cash price might be $8000 'buy now' with the normal renewal fees **

1.) if the name is really a POS you could dump it at a reduced loss.
2.) you could resell the domain but the premium renewal fees (the $600/yr) left would transfer (encumber the name) to the new buyer.
3.) you probably would buy it with the intent of immediate development -- it would be rather expensive to be sitting as a speculative investment or for resale.
