Anyone think this will disoroprtinately affect middle/low income drivers who have to drive farther for work?

The next step will be a timer! Not only taxes for gas, registration, license, insurace, miles driven, will also be the amount of time on the road! What's next? Some timeframes you're charged more per mile and for certain peak hours on the road? BS
