As many times as you. Nobody will survive - not me, not you and not even your cat. Missile defense systems won't work because they are useless against real ICBMs.
P.S. The moto of Russian airborne is "nobody but us". Do you know the moto of Russian strategic missile forces? It's "nobody
after us". Those guys know how the world will end up in case of WWIII. I don't want to say Russia is better than the USA or vice versa. Both countries have enough nukes to burn out the planet Earth multiple times. I just want to say that it's very stupid to believe into magical missile defense systems or think that Russian or American ICBMs won't take off when needed. They will - just believe it.
