GFY has always had this "let's run wild with scissors" mentality. There are a handful of rules, and mods only take actions when there are obvious violations. It's not that the mods are lazy, or don't care, it's very much a "let it be" type of approach.
I've said it time and time again - GFY will eventually become a very general message board and will leave the adult behind.
