I agree. The US government says they have emails and other communications between Dotcom and the other members of his crew talking about how they not only knew about the copyright infringement, they laughed at how much they were making and were helping people use their system for just that purpose. If he ends up on trial in the US I have a feeling he will cut a deal because I think some of his other crew members will do just that and agree to testify against him. If the government really has those emails it is going to be very hard for him to win his case.
