Best way to contact exolicks? Do exoclicks pay for impression and clicks or for revenues share?

I want to see what they think of my plan and become partner. Lets say tube site won't take content down. If content owner pays me, Exoclick drop affiliate tube site, I pay half back to exoclick. But we can set up warning systems with tubes sites so they can take contents down faster and everyone happy.
