Do a Google search and you'll find your answer.
Some of what you said are different than how you would do it on a PC. When I switched to iPhone (and Mac) years ago I was stuck at first on how to do a few things. In some cases, OS/X is really different from Windowss the way IOS are really different from Android, but after reading up a little you see how you can do what you want.
Anyway it doesn't matter. Both Apple and Samsung have alot going for them. Apple is better "for me", even though the Galaxy series has faster hardware. When I decide to swap my phone for a new one I will definitely be checking out Android. I would just have to know if its a perfect fit for me the way the iphone is.
Cheers!
