Obviously the lesson to be learned from this issue, if it isn't already blindingly obvious is...
Don't let anyone use your bank account, paypal account, 3rd party billing, merchant facility, auction account, name, credit card or anything else for any reason no matter how innocent it may sound.
Only you can control what is done in your own name (barring identity theft).
