France is 9,6% Muslim, and a much higher percentage is Muslim youth (so kids/teens). Defeating ISIS completely wouldn't stop islamic terrorism, because the terrorists are not attacking from Iraq or Syria - they are right there in the country already.
Next attack will be in poland, krakow is hosting "World Youth Days" which the pope will be attending. We had a white guy plant a bomb on a bus here and it took them 5 days to find him despite cameras being everywhere - our security services are ridiculous. The bomb was poorly made, driver took it off the bus and it would barely have damaged the bus. Blowing up a bus to a proper terrorist is as easy as it is for me to make a sandwich.
