Would save me a buch of time.
Few pre sales questions :
-is the header (picture) clickable, so you return to the frontpage?
(it wasn't on your examples, this is normal wp behavior i missed it)
-Is there a possibility for a Footer text with links or a Footer with widgets?
(current example have none, i like to put copyright, maybe terms, contact etc in a footer link, or latest post widget)
-Is there a possibility to have a normal menu, just under the header?
(again normal wp behavior, one might want to ad a blog, contact page etc.)

ps probably seen by no one, except by a geek, you used the ubuntu font, you develop on ubuntu or *nix too?
