Where do you get the idea that he is saying that all of them are lazy?
He obviously means that on average. Like take 1.000.000 of one kind of people and 1.000.000 and another and count the number of lazy ones.
It is like having a thread titled "Ukrainian chicks are hot" and people posting in that thread saying - hey that is wrong, this and that Ukrainian girl I met were not hot.
I mean obviously that thread title would mean that ON AVERAGE Ukrainian girls are hot etc.
