Police reform & citizen education to a set known boundaries applicable to everyone, with criminal prosecution of cops that go outside those guidelines.

Right now the rules are if a cop is scared you can be killed.

You can be injured and thrown on the floor in the back of a paddywagon and driven around for hours, drive dead, and no consequences.

You can be strangled on the street by a cop, lay there not breathing with no help cpr from the cops standing around, and die, with no consequences.

This is America! We have higher standards for our citizens and we need step up our game again to get back to that high standard.
