It never will, not in this lifetime and not for a long time, you are fighting against tens of thousands of years of evolution.
People who debate racism and why it's not fair and don't understand it tend to be simple people. A lot of them just need more real world interaction with truly black culture, something I have plenty of first hand experience with. Turned me from neutral to a bitter bigot.
The best thing to do is to just avoid blacks altogether. This does not mean I won't be friends with blacks are associate with them by any means, as a collective they are poisonous, they ruin everything.
After talking to police in downtown Des Moines, Iowa they said over the past 10 years there's been an increase in all kinds of serous crime, particularly homicide; half of which are caused by Chicago natives (code word for black people). If you look at the police blotter on any given week half or more of the names are the typical black person name.
The cops told me Club owners in Des Moines got clever and to rid the blacks out of their clubs at certain times they just resort to playing country music or something that is repulsive to blacks in general.
